Electronic Communications and Signature Consent
Last updated August 25, 2026
This consent explains how we provide records electronically and how electronic signatures are used in the appeal process.
Consent to electronic records
By continuing, you consent to receive agreements, disclosures, notices, receipts, status updates, and appeal documents from Property Tax Appeal electronically at the email address you provide.
You may request a paper copy by contacting support. Standard printing or delivery costs may apply if disclosed before fulfillment.
Electronic signatures
When you type your name, check the signature consent, and complete the signing process, you intend that action to serve as your legally binding electronic signature to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You will be shown the document before signing. Do not sign if the information is inaccurate or if you are not authorized to act for the property owner.
Hardware and software
You need a current web browser, internet access, a working email address, and software capable of opening PDF files. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current and retaining copies of records.
Withdrawal of consent
You may withdraw electronic-communications consent before signing by contacting support. Withdrawal does not invalidate records or signatures already provided and may prevent us from completing an electronic filing service.
